Championship Game Name Announced! by Michael Johnson
As his first move as Director of Communications, Brian LeBouf announced today that the official name for
the SGA's "SuperBowl" at the end of the season will be the Golden Gridiron Bowl I. He also announced that the four northern-most teams
will be sorted into the Northern Circuit and the four southern-most teams will be sorted into the Southern Circuit.
We also received news that the final two teams will be from Alabama and North Carolina.

Miami Standout Signs With Steamrollers! by Josh Warner
Former College Wide Receiver standout, Forest Lyle, signed with the Chattanooga Steamrollers in the WR position.
Head Coach, Tony Cossey, stated that "with his abilities there is no doubt that he'll be starting in the Steamrollers
first game. In other news, each team had to update their roster to 25 today. Another standout, Quarterback Sonny Cassidy,
signed as a QB for the Valdosta Vultures.

Major News Today! by Josh Warner
At today's third SGA press conference, SGA Executives announced THREE new teams to the 07/08 season. Joining
the Steamrollers, Conquerors, and Cougars are the Lexington (VA) Rebels headed by Coach Vance Lombard, the Owensboro (KY)
Bobcats headed by Coach Sam Churchill, and the Valdosta (GA) Vultures headed by Coach Bull Shultz. We welcome them and wish
them luck in the upcoming inaugural season.

Official Season Dates Annnounced! by Josh Warner
The official season dates were announced today by SGA Commisioner, David Heathman. The regular season game
will be September 14th and will be televised on Sun Sports in certain areas. In other major news, the third team in the SGA
was announced as well. The Myrtle Beach (SC) Cougars will join our two first teams for the upcoming season. We
also wish the Cougars and their Head Coach, Norm Connors, the best in the SGA's inaugural season this September.

In a much needed move, SGA Commisioner, David Heathman, announced his panel of Executives today. The Supervisor
of Officicating will be Josh Drayham, the Director of Communications is Brian LeBouf, and the President of Talent Relations
is Shawn Daisen. We here at the Web Staff wish them the best of luck.

First Two Teams Announced! by Josh Warner
Earlier today, the first two teams of the SGA were announced by Commisioner, David Heathman. The teams,
now known as the Chattanooga (TN) Steamrollers and the Pensacola (FL) Conquerors, will feature soem of the brightest and talented
free agents from Colleges and the NFL. We wish the owners, Tony Cossey (Steamrollers) and Pat Dyer (Conquerors) the best of
luck in the upcoming inaugural season.

Official Opening Today! by Josh Warner
Today, as announced earlier last month at a press conference in Florida, was the official opening
of the Southeast Gridiron Alliance. And, as SGA Commisioner David Heathman stated, "this is the beginning of something amazing."
The season, estimated to begin in late August/September, will include 8 teams from cities in the Southeast of the United States.
All of the same rules as the National Football league will apply to the SGA. And players will be coming from all walks
of football.
